Manchester United scored four goals in their second straight game of pre-season as they came from behind against Melbourne Victory at the MCG.

United scored four unanswered goals against Liverpool in Bangkok last week but did concede in the opening game in Australia as a quick counter-attack combined with a lax defence from Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw with the goal by Christopher Ikonomidis.

United was ahead at half-time, however, as Scott McTominay’s deflected equalizer was quickly followed by Anthony Martial’s second goal in as many games.

Zidane Iqbal showed his talent with excellent skill as the Reds dominated major possession the ball.

United made ten substitutions at half-time and Marcus Rashford extended United’s lead with his first goal of the tour. A late own goal gave the Reds a 4-1 lead and their attention now turns to next week’s game in Melbourne against Crystal Palace.
